SVGA038 is a low power consumption AMOLED microdisplay which is 0.38inch and has SVGA 800(×3)×600 resolution.

The product series comprise full color, mono white, mono green and other specifications.   

Full digital video signal process and 804*3*604 driver units are integrated on the silicon substrate which is fabricated in 0.13 μ m CMOS technology. Input video signal is compatible with ITU-R BT.601/656 standard and supports 8/16/24 bit digital video .

The function of microdisplay such as display mode, scanning direction, display position, brightness, contrast and gamma correction can be programmed through the two-wire serial communication interface.

The digital interface voltage level is compatible with 1.8~3.3V CMOS standard. The microdisplay operate on 5V&1.8V power supply and can be applied in various near-to-eye display systems that demand compact size, high resolution, low power consumption.
